SHIPPING, PAYMENT TERMS AND RETURN POLICY
We ship all products insured for its full value. We only pass along the actual cost of shipping and insurance and for products over $1,000 shipping is free.
If the product you ordered arrives with any notable damage to the outer box we encourage you to return the item or refuse the delivery. There are no returns for items ordered from our site. If you are unsure of the leather quality or color please ask us to send you a sample before ordering.
Our payment terms are as follows:
Secure waiting list slot - $500, fully refundable up to material acquisition date
30% of purchase price due upon materials order
30% of purchase price due at mid-point of build
40% due upon delivery (prior to shipping)
We prefer payments be made through Paypal or Venmo.
All items are guaranteed for materials and craftsmanship. Leather and wood are natural materials and must be periodically treated to insure their longevity. Failure to follow basic maintenance, with specially blended waxes we include with every order, voids all guarantees.
Final payment is required before we ship the completed product
Requests for interim photos to track the progress of your order is encouraged.
We generally post the progress of products on our Instagram feed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are only authorized if the product was damaged during shipping. You must get an authorization before returning any item, for any reason. All of our products are custom made based on discussions of your requirements. A final description of the product will be sent to you for your authorization before any work begins. Please review the description and sign the form as instructed. Please return the form in a timely manner or your product will be delayed.
